Our process
Charlotte Ravoet
With 17 years of HR leadership across Google, Vodafone, and the UN-World Food Programme (WFP), Charlotte brings a wealth of experience from both private and public sectors.
Her work has reached diverse regions like the Middle East, North Africa, Europe, and East Africa, enriching her understanding of different cultural contexts.
Passionate about large-scale people transformations, Charlotte excels in navigating complex environments and delivering innovative, impactful people solutions for clients across sectors and countries.
Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Organizational and Social Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from HEC Business School, and is a certified assessor by SHL. She has completed an Executive Programme in Gender & Diversity and holds an INSEAD Coaching Certificate. Charlotte is a Lumina Spark Practitioner and is completing the 6 team conditions certificate training.
